Position: Senior Executive
What you’ll be doing:
- Review and analyze hiring requests and use a range of resources to identify the most relevant across industries for each project
- Independently manage end to end recruiting process
- Manage technology hiring across levels
- Utilize the phone, LinkedIn, other tools and outreach to recruit new Advisors to join the network by effectively communicating why their expertise is a good match for the specific project you’re working on
- Screen experts for their suitability for specific requirements and create professional profiles for consideration
- Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other across the organization
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree and strong academic record required
- Experience of minimum 1 to 2 years into end to end IT Recruitment is a must.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
