Xceedance extends UAC partnership

SYDNEY – The Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC) and Xceedance have extended their partnership. Xceedance, the leading global provider of strategic operations support for insurance organisations has announced it will continue its platinum sponsorship of UAC in 2025. This partnership underscores a shared commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration and growth within the insurance industry, leveraging Xceedance expertise and UAC’s platform to deliver meaningful benefits to members and the broader market.

Prateek Vijayvergia, Xceedance Business Leader – Key Accounts in Australia, said UAC provided invaluable opportunities to liaise directly with brokers and underwriting agencies through a wide range of expos and events.

The first of these events is the UAC Five Sigma 2025 Sydney Market Exchange on 7 February at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour. It’s one of 9 UAC Market Exchanges to be held across the country this year, each providing exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their products and services to the insurance broking community.

Mr. Vijayvergia said Xceedance is looking forward to helping UAC members address the many challenges faced by the industry through insurance-focused consulting, process, operations, and data solutions. As the Xceedance claims and finance and accounting practices go from strength-to-strength in Australia, Mr. Vijayvergia is eager to share expertise with UAC members in order to help boost efficiency and improve customer experiences.

“In recent years, Australia’s insurance industry has faced extraordinary challenges, from rising costs driven by our extreme weather, the rise of cybersecurity threats, and compliance with new regulations around data privacy, consumer protection and climate risk disclosure,” he said.

“At Xceedance, our deep industry knowledge combined with process and operational expertise enables us to support our clients across the insurance lifecycle with underwriting solutions, finance and accounting expertise, claims and policy services to enhance customer satisfaction.”

UAC CEO Jenny Bax said she was thrilled the organisation’s relationship with Xceedance was continuing given the success of the partnership in 2024.

“Last year, we refined our approach to the market exchanges to emphasise genuine market connections and saw remarkable growth, with exhibitor numbers up by 12.4% and broker attendance increasing by 43%,” she said.

“This success reinforces our unique position in facilitating meaningful industry connections and demonstrates the tangible value we provide to our members.”
