Nicole Mitchell

Nicole Mitchell was appointed to the Board of Xceedance in February 2023. She has worked in both reinsurance and technology organizations for more than 15 years. She currently serves as the Chief Enterprise Architect for SiriusPoint, a global re/insurer formed from a merger of Third Point Re and Sirius International Insurance. Prior to joining SiriusPoint, Nicole worked for Hiscox in a variety of technology roles, including Head of Business Architecture and has broad reinsurance and technology experience. She studied at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario where she earned multiple degrees, including a Master of Science, majoring in Computer Science in 2007.
