- Maintain client satisfaction in DCT accounts
- Competency building in DCT space through Training, Coaching & Mentoring
- Managing team, Staff scheduling, hiring resources, sharing feedback and coach on improvement plans with the agents, publishing performance report, sharing report with senior management, Client meeting, Internal management Meeting, team meeting, resource growth planning and training, Driving performance and meeting SLAs/KPIs. Escalation handling and controlling. Team performance review and Project/Business enhancement planning.
