  • Qualifications: Graduate/Post graduate with relevant technical or management qualifications and experience in managing global projects.
  • Key Requirement for the Position: Experience in leading product engineering or product implementation teams, preferably with Duck Creek background and leading multi-geography teams.

  • Job Description
    • Responsible for service delivery for all Duck Creek engagements globally with product leaders also reporting into him/her
    • Responsible for further developing Duck Creek capabilities and competency
    • Establish and manage DCT practice and SI compliance
    • Scale up our Duck Creek business
    • BD/ Presales support for DCT business, arrowheads & accelerators development, partnership management
    • Maintain client satisfaction in DCT accounts
    • Competency building in DCT space through Training, Coaching & Mentoring
    • Managing team, Staff scheduling, hiring resources, sharing feedback and coach on improvement plans with the agents, publishing performance report, sharing report with senior management, Client meeting, Internal management Meeting, team meeting, resource growth planning and training, Driving performance and meeting SLAs/KPIs. Escalation handling and controlling. Team performance review and Project/Business enhancement planning.
