My team and I help clients build enterprise-wide data warehousing and reporting solutions by analyzing client data to glean insights and develop data-driven business KPIs. Our proven design builds successful data management solutions tailored to each client’s business needs.

Anoop Sharma

AVP, BI and Reporting

My role is to assist underwriters and actuaries with risk selection, pricing, and portfolio management. Part of that effort is to gather relevant information from third-party data, extract meaningful information, and use this knowledge to provide the underwriter with insights. This empowers them to focus on accelerating top-line growth.

I manage the North America operations team, which supports multiple insurance carriers to manage their daily underwriting workflows. My expertise in admitted insurance helps carrier clients with system implementation projects, including designing and testing as well as developing and managing underwriting and
operational processes.

I work with the cat modeling team at Xceedance, supporting multiple clients in Europe and the U.S. We work across multiple coverage lines to ensure that cat data is clear and can be used effectively in modeling processes. Clients rely on us for insights into data for both primary coverage
and reinsurance.
