Brian Carignan

With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Brian Carignan has led many aspects of the insurance industry, including operations, claims, and budgeting. Brian has built strong teams, looks for efficiencies in all aspects of business operations, and motivates employees to do their best by providing guidance and showing appreciation.

Prior to the Xceedance acquisition, Brian was the chief operating officer of Activer Solutions, where he had oversight for all customer support operations. Before his role at Activer Solutions, Brian led project management, compliance, and operations teams in the insurance industry.
