Kaushik Gohain manages one of the key client relationships at Xceedance. His insurance-knowledgeable team — based in India and Poland — provides end-to-end support in the areas of operations, credit control, analytics, finance, claims, cat modeling, and technology. With 18 years of experience providing services to the insurance industry, Kaushik has managed large scale operations and transition initiatives for clients. His teams drive results by transforming critical processes such as underwriting, accounting, finance, claims, analytics, and compliance.

Prior to joining Xceedance, Kaushik was responsible for managing service delivery for a leading reinsurance client at Genpact.

Kaushik holds a master’s degree in business administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in India. He is Six Sigma green belt certified and maintains certifications in lean management and property/casualty insurance from the Insurance Institute of America.
