Xceedance recently announced the opening of its London office, a continuation of the company’s ongoing growth and commitment to expanding as a worldwide provider of insurance technology, analytics and consulting services.
The London office will serve the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) market. According to CEO Arun Balakrishnan, London is the hub for a significant segment of worldwide insurance business and will expand opportunities for direct interactions with a diverse group of P&C insurance organizations. The new office also comes at a turning point for the region’s insurance industry. As the 2016 EY Insurance Outlook report summarized, “Year 2016 represents something of a watershed for the European insurance industry, with a number of insurers engaged on a substantive transformation process.”
Justin Davies, a veteran of the London insurance market, will lead the office and act as head of the EMEA region. Justin has 25 years of experience in insurance and financial services with a background in exposure management, CAT modeling, spatial analytics and geocoding. Prior to joining Xceedance, Justin worked at Xuber where he was director of the Xposure business unit. Prior to Xuber, Justin spent more than five years at EQECAT, leading client facing strategy for the UK and Asia Pacific. He also worked at Pitney Bowes for three years where he managed the UK and Ireland financial services sales team for spatial analytics product lines.
“Our goal is to raise awareness of the capabilities of Xceedance in the EMEA region while providing personalized service to clients,” Justin explained. “Our clients expect one-stop insurance solutions and expertise from Xceedance. The London office allows us to efficiently align and extend the company’s industry-expert resources as we work closely with brokers and re/insurers to help them launch new products, drive lean operations, implement cutting-edge technology and leverage analytic capabilities.”
The London office is located at Bury Court, 6 Bevis Marks, London, EC3A 7BA.
